The pictures below help to chart some of Roger\'s gyroplane flying history, starting as so many people did, with a Volks powered open-frame Bensen - through the years of owning and operating many different types of gyroplane, the flight testing of many others both here in the UK and elsewhere in the world - to the present day, represented by the MT series of gyroplanes and the magnificent Magni M16c.Roger has more than 6.000hours of gyroplane flight experience alone. He was project test pilot for the University of Glasgow's research ,sponsored by CAA,into gyroplane flight stability and which helped forge a greater understanding of autogyro flight characteristics by CAA. Besides Roger's many thousands of hours as a flight instructor - both gyroplanes and helicopters - he is also a former winner of the Precision Flying section of the British Open Helicopter Championships.
